The Public Relations Manager’s job focuses on increasing brand awareness for our clients through the effective use of digital and traditional media tactics. A Public Relations Manager is tasked with several key duties, such as but not limited to: 

• Driving and delivering flawless client service by maintaining exceptional relationships with key decisions makers
• Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy
• Creating and managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
• Seeking and proactively pitching media opportunities for clients which leads to earned media 
• Using marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Working with marketing professionals to develop marketing campaigns
• Copywriting and overseeing the creation and dissemination of press releases, pitches and bylines
• Once in a while, you may need to assist the team in blog or email writing

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of public relations experience
• Possess a track record of creating and deploying successful PR campaigns & digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members and multiple clients across different time zones.
• Strong project management skills to ensure the timely launch & completion of multiple marketing campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving skills  
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Spanish-language proficiency is a plus but not required

Copywriter will work with others to better understand project expectations,
produce content with the needs of the client or employer in mind, participate in the brainstorming process, and conduct research to develop or support writing. You should also be prepared to assist with other creative processes, such as the visual element selection process.

This individual must have outstanding communication to secure business in our specialty in the Legal, Financial, Governmental, and Non-Profit industries. This individual must desire to develop business relationships that will last for a period with a big-picture point of view. The position requires a basic understanding of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for brand marketing and social media.

Responsibilities
