PR and Marketing Account Manager

Fully Remote

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will develop, drive and execute our client's public relations and social media strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building marketing strategies for clients, and contribute added value to the INGAGE team. This is a salaried position. We are looking for someone who will stay with us for a long time, who can grow professionally, and who enjoys their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement publicity strategies for client’s services, including a crisis management strategy.
  • Daily contact with clients both by email, video conference, and phone
  • Drafts all written materials including news releases, media alerts, media pitches, Q&A documents, contributed articles, fact sheets, and social media posts.
  • Proactively pitch media daily to obtain top-tier coverage for clients
  • Develop targeted media lists for each pitch based on the research of recent coverage/competitor coverage
  • Conduct media outreach, including phone outreach, to secure interviews and drive through to coverage for INGAGE clients
  • Draft comprehensive marketing strategies for clients utilizing the latest tactics 
  • Ability to read data reports and provide recommendations for updating marketing campaigns 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field.
  • 3-5 years marketing agency experience 
  • Track record in securing media hits for law and/or financial firms 
  • Experience in successful digital marketing campaigns 
  • Working knowledge of social media, search engine optimization, content creation, email marketing, community building, and online advertising 
  • Ability to take initiative, self-motivated, and work autonomously to achieve goals
  • Ability to work with and direct a team 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong written (AP style)  and verbal skills.

Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the development and execution of the client’s social media tactics. The position requires strong skills in both editorial writing/editing and social media tools and platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role requires a highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for brand marketing and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of key social web platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Produce and schedule social media content.
  • Assist in overseeing the implementation of social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Contribute to social media strategy.
  • Work with the account managers to address ongoing client needs.
  • Daily monitoring and monthly reporting of assigned accounts
  • Bring creative ideas to a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1- 2 years of social and digital media
  • Experience utilizing photo, audio, and video editing software
  • Experience creating digital media graphics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members and multiple clients across different time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Spanish-language proficiency a plus.

Digital Advertising Specialist

The Digital Advertising Specialist will oversee the creation, execution & optimization of technical digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Facebook ads manager and Google AdWords.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, execution & optimization of multiple digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as Facebook ads manager & Google ads.
  • Develop detailed Facebook advertising strategies across lead generation, traffic & website conversion ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of digital marketing campaigns working alongside internal teams.
  • Review and manage marketing budgets per client per campaign.
  • Ensure that marketing budgets are met for each client.
  • Monitor and report to the client & internal team weekly on the progress of all digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing role (agency setting is ideal).
  • 2-3 years experience in digital marketing running Facebook ad campaigns, Google Ad campaigns, and optimizing campaigns based on incoming data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members and multiple clients across multiple time zones.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure the timely launch & completion of multiple digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
