
Helen Roldan
 Senior Director of Public Affairs
Helen Roldan is a results-driven public affairs leader with a passion for community engagement and creative problem-solving. As Senior Director of Public Affairs at INGAGE Biz, Helen is responsible for driving and executing impactful strategies for clients.
With a deep commitment to the communities she has served, Helen excels at creating innovative solutions that drive long-term positive change. Prior to joining INGAGE, Helen worked in the advertising industry, spearheading partnerships with groups spanning the government and non-profit sectors as well as with major national brands including Nike and Warner Brothers. She also oversaw environmental initiatives such as water quality studies, cleanups, and ocean floor tracking with various groups like Oceana, The International SeaKeepers Society, and Miami WaterKeeper. Before this, Helen worked in the policy and local government sector. She has authored and co-authored influential reports, including the Miami Lakes Special Needs Blueprint, the Status of Women in Miami-Dade County, and the Economic Impact of the Nonprofit Sector. She is dedicated to empowering organizations to navigate the evolving public affairs landscape, strengthen their reputations, and achieve sustainable growth.
In addition to her role at INGAGE, Helen serves on several boards and committees. She sits on the Executive Planning Committee for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, is a member of the United Way Miami Public Policy Committee, and is a board member for the Gator Club of Miami. In 2025, she was named one of the University of Florida’s “40 Gators under 40.”
Helen holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Florida International University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
