The Omni CRA sought to revitalize its public image and establish a unified communications strategy that aligned with its renewed leadership and evolving mission. Despite its growing impact on community revitalization and economic development, the agency lacked cohesive branding, a consistent digital presence, meaningful community engagement, and proactive media relations.

Our team developed and implemented an integrated public relations and digital marketing program that repositioned the CRA as a trusted force for inclusive growth spotlighting its innovative public-private partnerships and amplifying its initiatives in affordable housing, economic development, historic preservation, and community revitalization.

• Led the award submission process that resulted in the Omni CRA and Uni-Tower Project being honored as the 2024 Outstanding New Building – Large City winners at the Florida Redevelopment Association’s FRA Awards, securing a $10.5 million grant and elevating the agency’s profile across the state.
